Directions: Adults: For the maintenance/support of good health and cognitive health: Take 1 softgel once daily with food. For the promotion of healthy mood balance: Take 1 softgel 3 times daily with food. Swallow whole, do not crush or chew.

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Fish gelatin shell (fish gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob powder), aqueous enteric coating (shellac, sodium alginate, glycerin, sunflower lecithin, medium chain triglycerides, stearic acid, grain alcohol, ammonia water), vitamin E, beeswax, natural orange flavour, sunflower lecithin, maltodextrin.
Contains no dairy, egg, gluten, peanuts, sesame, tree nuts, wheat, artificial colour or preservatives, binders or fillers.
